Your digestive system is always busy!  It works very hard so you get the nutrients you need from your food so you can grow strong and be healthy.  There are lots of different parts to your digestive system, all connected in one big stretchy pipe.  You can help your digestive system by drinking lots of water and eating a healthy diet that has lots of fibre-rich foods like fruit and vegetables.
