Instructions
The game is played on a section of the gut wall, divided into 100 squares. As you play, other objects appear randomly over time:

G.I. Jake Collect these to gain energy for your attacks. |

Pat O' Gen These bad bacteria destroy the gut wall. Shoot them to protect the gut. (3 shots required) |

E. Coli These bad bacteria attack Leuk - shoot them before they reach you! (1 shot required) |
The game is over either when Leuk is hit 5 times or only 20% of the gut wall remains.
Game types
In 'levels' mode the player advances through successively more difficult levels. In 'endurance' mode the game continues on a single level until Leuk is killed or the gut is destroyed. Try to achieve a high score!
Controls
Arrow keys
| UP | Leuk walks forward |
| DOWN | Leuk walks backwards |
| LEFT | Leuk turns once to the left |
| RIGHT | Leuk turns once to his right |
| SHIFT | Leuk runs in direction faced |
Number Pad
| 7 | 8 | 9 | Press a number to face that direction. Hold a number to walk in that direction. |

Actions
| SPACE | Fire in the direction faced (requires 1 pick-up) |
| CTRL | Heal section of the gut wall (uses 3 pick-ups) |
| RETURN | Call Airstrike, killing all bacteria on screen (uses 8 pick-ups) |
